Welcome to MyFiftyTrips.com. By accessing or making a purchase from our website www.myfiftytrips.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Overview of Services

MyFiftyTrips.com operates an online store offering made-to-order T-shirts and sweaters through Printify, a print-on-demand platform. All items are produced once an order is placed, then fulfilled and shipped directly by Printify’s print partners.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that could damage or impair its function

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

  • Use the site to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for violations of these terms or for suspicious activity.

3. Products & Availability

All products are made to order. Because of this:

  • Product images and mockups on the site are for illustrative purposes only.

  • We strive for accurate product descriptions, but slight variations in print placement, size, or color may occur.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • We currently accept PayPal and PayPal Guest Checkout (credit/debit cards). All transactions are processed securely through PayPal.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your payment provider.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed through Printify and fulfilled by their network of print providers.

  • Production time: typically 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping time: typically 2–5 business days after production, for delivery within the contiguous U.S. Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska may take an additional 7-12 business days.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Defective or damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design shipped)

For eligible issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details at support@myfiftytrips.com.

7. Shipping Policy

We only ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses. Orders returned due to address errors may incur reshipping fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, images, text, and product concepts—is the property of MyFiftyTrips.com or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFiftyTrips.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
We are not responsible for delays or losses once packages have been handed over to shipping carriers.

10. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy & Security Policy. We use SSL encryption and secure payment processing through PayPal to help keep your information safe.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operates.
