Shipping Information

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
📦 Please note: We do not ship to U.S. territories or insular areas (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa) or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Production Time

All orders are made to order through Printify, with Monster Digital as our primary print partner.

  • 🧵 Production time: 1–3 business days (this includes order processing and printing).

  • Each item is produced individually to ensure quality and reduce waste — no mass inventory or warehouse delays.

3. Shipping Time

After production, your order is shipped directly from Monster Digital’s U.S. facility.

  • 🚚 Standard shipping time: 2–5 business days to any U.S. state within contiguous USA or Washington, D.C. and may take an additional 7-12 business days to Hawaii and Alaska

  • ⏳ Estimated total delivery time: 3–8 business days from when your order is placed to when it arrives at your door (may take an additional 7-12 business days for Alaska and Hawaii orders).

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier’s performance.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
💵 Free shipping promotions may apply during special sales or events.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your order’s journey from the print shop to your doorstep.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While most orders arrive on time, please be aware:

  • Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather conditions.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after the package has left the print facility.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

  • We are unable to reroute packages once they enter production or shipping.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We can assist on a case-by-case basis, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Return & Exchange Process

Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner (Printify), we do not offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the product).

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the event of:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Printing errors

  • Wrong items received (wrong design, color, or size shipped)

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

2. Reporting an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order, please email us at [your email address] with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem (e.g., misprint, damage, or incorrect item)

We’ll work with Printify’s fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Return & Refund Process

  • If approved, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • You may be asked to return the defective item in some cases. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions.

  • Returns are not accepted for sizing issues—please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows the package was delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier or filing a claim. We may assist on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Because each item is printed on demand, orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order goes into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance or promotional sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
